I provide the apartment selected at the daily rate on the calendar booking system on the website (see your invoice for details).

Initial deposit payment in advance
Upon booking, I request a 50% payment in advance to be made via this website. No booking is confirmed until payment is received.

Security Deposit
At arrival, a refundable security deposit of €300 in cash is required. The flat will be inspected prior to checkout, if there is no damage then a full refund will be given in cash.

If damage is found then an agreed amount to cover the cost will be removed from the deposit, if the amount of damage exceeds the deposit amount it will need to be paid at the property.

Final payment is to be made upon arrival at the apartment, without exception.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
If you cancel after that, your 50% deposit payment will be retained as will relate to 50% of the full amount.
