Li Galli is an archipelago of three little islands off the Amalfi Coast between Capri Island and Positano, to which they belong administratively. Nowadays the archipelago is part of the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella. I can help you to arrange a boat trip to go snorkelling and visit the nearby fishing village Nerano. The name, Li Galli, is a reference from Homer’s Odyssey to the Greek sirens, dangerous mythological creatures who had the appearance of bird-women, playing musical instruments. They were said to live there and enchant the sailors with their bewitching voices, causing shipwrecks against those rocks.
